Shipping

All in-stock orders ship next business day from Minneapolis, MN after order placement excluding out of stock inventory and company holidays. You will receive an email confirming the receipt of your order. Upon shipment of your order you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available. If you have trouble tracking your package, please contact us.

USA 
Orders in the continental U.S. ship via FedEx Ground, FedEx SmartPost, or U.S. Mail for a flat rate of $7.95. 

We are also happy to accommodate speedier shipping for FedEx Next Day, 2 Day, and Express Saver. The pricing is calculated based on shipment weight and destination zip code during checkout. We are also happy to accommodate shipping using your provided FedEx or UPS account number.  

International - Canada
Orders to Canada ship via US Postal Service, with final delivery made by Canada Post. At time of checkout please select the preferred method of shipping. Rates are calculated by shipment weight and destination. Please note shipment does not include customs clearance, duties, or taxes all of which are the responsibility of the recipient. We are also happy to accommodate shipping using your provided FedEx or UPS account number.  

International
International orders excluding Canada ship via US Postal Service or FedEx. At time of checkout please select the preferred method of shipping. Rates are calculated by shipment weight and destination. Please note shipment does not include customs clearance (except for FedEx, customs brokerage is included), duties, or taxes all of which are the responsibility of the recipient. We are also happy to accommodate shipping using your provided DHL, FedEx or UPS account number.  

Payment
American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, PayPal and Visa are accepted for payment on our secure website. We do not accept cash, checks, COD, or money orders. Sales tax is collected for shipments delivered within Minnesota. 

Return Policy
Please return your item to us in its original condition and packaging within 30 days for a full refund to your original method of payment, excluding any shipping costs. Please contact us so we may ensure the proper credit of your return via a return authorization.
